Our bespoke service is tailored to meet YOUR needs. We offer a completely modular price structure: you can choose exactly what suits you, your day and your budget, in terms of coverage, albums, and other top-quality products. We have also grouped the most popular product combinations in great value packages.
ALL OUR PRICES INCLUDE:
- DVDs of your photos:
Your photos are presented on DVD. They are all print-ready: high resolution, fully edited, digitally enhanced, and copyright-released for personal use.
- A password-protected website gallery:
We give you and your guests password-bearing cards so you can view the photos of your special day and order superior-quality prints online.
- A meeting with you:
We meet with you, ideally in your own home, to discuss your day in more detail. Thorough preparation is crucial and ensures you get the best possible coverage of your event. This meeting also enables us to get to know each other so you're completely relaxed with us (and the camera) when your big day comes.
- Survey of the venue(s):
This enables us to make contact with the staff organizing your wedding (we like to work WITH your venue so everything goes smoothly!). We also take photos of your venue before the day starts so when the action begins we can concentrate on taking pictures of you and your guests!
- A superior service and exceptional photos:
We are passionate about our work and pride ourselves on the quality of our service and of course our photos. There will be two people in attendance on your day, and the feedback from our clients says it all (see our Feedback section).

- Wedding in an Envelope: your photos on DVD (see details above) from £650 (half-day coverage, up to 4 hours) and from £850 (full day, preparations to first dance, up to 8 hours).
- Wedding in a Box: as Wedding in an Envelope, with a digital album or Italian Storybook: from £1,150.
- Wedding in a Bigger Box: as Wedding in a Box, with the addition of a hard-back press-printed Coffee Table book of all the photos on your DVD, OR a framed Art Print of your favourite photo (12x8, mounted and framed to 16x12): from £1,350.
- Wedding in an Even Bigger Box: as Wedding in a Bigger Box, with the hard-back press-printed Coffee Table book of all the photos on your DVD, AND a framed Art Print of your favourite photo (12x8, mounted and framed to 16x12): from £1,550.
> "A LA CARTE" PRICES:
Coverage (1), albums (2) and other products (3) are priced separately to ensure maximum flexibility and a completely bespoke service:
1) Coverage Prices:
Half day coverage (maximum 4 hours) from £650.
Full day coverage (preparations to first dance, maximum 8 hours) from £850.
Additional hours £100 each.
2) Albums:
We offer a wide range of individually-designed professional digital albums and bespoke Tony Sarlo Italian storybooks. They come in a variety of styles and sizes to appeal to most tastes, suit most budgets, and enable you to relive and share the moments and emotions of your special day for years to come. We'll show you samples when we meet up with you before your wedding.
Prices range from £250 to £1,250.
3) Additional items include preview books, wall displays, parents' albums, etc., and can be bought separately.
£100 deposit secures your date in our diary and your balance is due one month before your wedding. We can also arrange payment by installments.
